A high level of emphasis was placed on designing the 123 guest rooms with a combination of style and comfort. All of the rooms are light and create an inviting atmosphere of well-being. The hotel has 72 modern Standard Rooms as well as 36 Business Class Rooms, 12 spacious Junior Suites and three Penthouse Suites offering an amazing view across the historic town
of St. Gallen and the Appenzell area.
All of the hotel rooms are air-conditioned and include an LCD television, radio, telephone, free high-speed internet access, a safe and minibar. Smoking rooms as well as disabled access rooms are also available.
One highlight is our Textile Suite. This suite has been exclusively upholstered by the well-known St. Gallen embroidery company Bischoff Textil AG. The classy suite combines a traditional and modern spirit and exudes a unique and welcoming charm.

OLIVé Ristorante e Pizzeria
The Ristorante e Pizzeria Olivé serves Mediterranean delicacies in a cozy atmosphere. Sitting in the restaurant makes you feel right at home at the Nonna’s kitchen. Typical Italian accessories and lounge furniture invites you to linger. . The booth with “Giardino”-style refreshes with many plants and lets one escape from everyday life. The Italian pizzaiolo conjures up the delicious pizzas directly from the pizza oven, but also classic pasta dishes or osso buco stewed on the bone enchant you with Italian flair. In addition, you get Aperitivi with Campari or a Highballer with gin from a wide gin selection at the Olivé Bar & Lounge. A super breakfast is served daily in the restaurant, guaranteeing a good start into the day; on Sundays * until 2 pm. For the weekly changing 2-course lunch menu from 12:00 to 14:00, you can choose between a pizza or pasta main course.
As incentive options for your seminar participants, we offer different culinary packages and highlights such as a casino visit or a musical performance at the town theatre.
