The ´´Arnold’s Grill & Garden´´ restaurant offers modern, well-balanced cuisine in a stylish atmosphere. Meat, fish and vegetable dishes are served alongside fresh herbs from the hotel’s garden, home-baked bread and herb oils made to the kitchen’s own recipes. In line with the hotel’s efforts to act sustainably wherever possible, the high-quality produce comes mostly from selected farms within the region.
Clever interior design divides the restaurant into separate areas that can be reserved for participants at conferences and meetings or for staff events, for example. The huge fireplace is the heart of the restaurant which radiates a really cosy atmosphere during the winter months. In summer, guests can eat out in the hotel’s garden, surrounded by beds of herbs, put on barbecues or hold receptions.
If the weather is bad guests enjoy a beautiful view of the well-tended garden area from the restaurant. In addition to the standard kitchen, Arnold’s also has a live cooking and buffet area for a hearty
